Foods That Are Safe to Eat

Question: I can’t afford all organic, what can I eat that is safe and good?

"Safe" is a relative term these days. For non-organic produce, there is always risk since no pesticide or herbicide is "good" for you!

Since growing your own vegetables is fairly easy and FAR cheaper than store-bought produce of any kind, organic or non-organic, we strongly recommend you do this.
